- Returns policy
- In the unlikely event of any of our products being faulty upon arrival, please contact us immediately and we will advise the return instructions and an authorization code.
In the case of a claim under the manufacturers warranty, we reserve the right to replace the faulty item at our expense or to refund the purchase price to you.
- Exchange of items
- Please note that under the relevant Health regulations, items purchased on this site that have been used, cannot be returned.
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, please contact us to arrange an exchange but the item must not have been used, be in its original packaging and be returned to us at your expense.
