Delivery of your order

We will ship our your order within two working days or contact you to advise you why we can't eg out of stock and when we can deliver. We carry stock but sometimes we do run out and we have to wait for replacement orders to arrive and in these cases we will not process your order ie charge your credit card, until we ship. The normal delivery time is within five days within Australia. If you have not received your order with ten days, please contact us immediately.

Please note that all prices on this web site are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST tax. If you require invoicing in another currency for export, please call us.

How do we send our products?

 Usually via Australia Post for single item orders and sometimes we use local couriers.

Can we express post? Yes, but extra charges may apply.

Can we send the item as a gift? Yes, please advise us of both your address and the delivery address and if you wish us to include a card or note to the addresee eg Congratulations on your wedding, happy new home greeting etc

Can we ship overseas?

Yes, please enquire and we will advise the additional cost. Please note however that the receiving party overseas may incur import customs duties depending upon the destination. These duties, if any, cannot be prepaid from Australia.
